Vancouver, British Columbia - Artha Resources Corporation (TSX.V: AHC) is pleased to announce that Mr. Guillermo Crosby has joined the company's advisory board. Mr. Crosby was the Honorary Consul General of Peru for Western Canada from 1976 -- 1985 and again from 1989 -- 1993. Mr. Crosby has extensive and current contacts in both the public and private sectors in Latin America and will be a valuable asset to the Company as it moves forward with exploration on its recently acquired Pirquitas properties.

Mr. Crosby is based in Vancouver, BC and is a consultant and advisor to several mining and industrial companies based in Canada, Australia and Europe that are active in Latin America. He has placed a strong emphasis on the mining sector assisting companies in logistics, property acquisitions and the export of mining and exploration equipment to the region.

Artha was founded by a team of mining industry professionals with a proven track record in project generation, exploration, mining and finance. The team's primary goal is to build Artha into a world class company, focused on the exploration and development of economic mineral deposits in highly prospective mineral provinces.
