Vancouver, British Columbia - Artha Resources Corporation (TSX.V: AHC) is pleased to announce that aggressive exploration activities will begin next week on our suite of properties in Jujuy Province, Argentina. During the last few months Artha has successfully negotiated access agreements with the local communities for the Vallecito property and has constructed a 5km road to allow a drilling rig access to the Ivan Alberto prospect. The access agreement is another important milestone for the Company and provides a means of ramping up exploration activities, including an initial 10,000m drilling program at the Ivan Alberto and Pirquitas Projects starting in the coming months.

The exploration programs will run in unison with three geological crews mobilizing to the Vallecito precious-base metal project, the Rosario gold-tin properties and the Susques rare earth properties. The following programs will be undertaken;

IVAN ALBERTO PROJECT (VALLECITO PROPERTY).

TARGET: 4.5 x 1.5km gold-silver-base metal multi-vein mineralized system

KEY ACTIVITIES: detailed mapping at 1:2000 scale covering approximately 600 hectares, where the multi-vein precious-base metals system has been mapped. Work will include systematic sampling of the vein exposures every 50m or 25m across all major vein structures plus 1,700m of trenching (Map 2). Drilling pads will be constructed during the sampling program with a 5,000-7,500m combined diamond and reverse circulation drilling program to begin as soon as drilling contracts have been finalized.

ROSARIO GOLD-TIN PROPERTIES.

TARGET: 350 km2 of properties surrounding known gold and tin deposits, including historical mining operations. No modern exploration has been done in this highly prospective area of Jujuy, close to the Chilean border.

KEY ACTIVITIES: regional mapping and sampling to define targets areas for follow up detailed work. Focus will be known historical mines.

PIRQUITAS PROPERTIES.

TARGETS: Noeilla Breccia and Pirquitas NW prospects (Map 3) where surface work and IP geophysics have defines 2 targets ready for drilling.

KEY ACTIVITIES: finalize community access agreements so initial 2,500m drilling program can be completed on these targets

SUSQUES RARE EARTH PROPERTIES.

TARGETS: Multi-vein hydrothermal system with veins observed up to 2m wide and up to 3km long.

KEY ACTIVITIES: finalize community access agreements and complete detailed mapping and sampling of the veins and surrounding rocks.
